Historical patch notes

• Turtle Island, WoE and revised second-job change quests reported for Thailand. Monster-skill introduction requires a regional check. Evidence: mirror plus cross region reference. thai_mirror, iro_turtle
• A Thai operator guide preserved December 2003 says red weight stops natural HP/SP recovery. It gives first-hit and extra-attacker EXP examples, but supplies no natural-recovery interval. • Specify castles, guardians, siege rules and rewards for the selected Thai version.
• Qualify revised second-job quests and the separately observed EXP/recovery guide claims.

• Initialize castle ownership and guild state explicitly; retain earlier character progression according to the release plan.

• Siege state starts and ends at the declared local times.
