What to explore in this stage

• Review rebirth eligibility and its character changes before taking the new path.
• Check the initial transcendent skill list rather than planning around every later pre-Renewal skill.
• Review adoption, guild features and the expanded Super Novice job progression when enabled.

Before the local update

• Rebirth is a character choice; the notice’s no-general-reset policy is distinct from that process. Temporary rate events have their own dates.

These activities describe the intended stage. Exact local requirements and availability must be confirmed in the released build before this draft becomes a player announcement.

Implementation work

• Implement the initial Thai transcendent trees, EXP tables, HP/SP bonuses and equipment eligibility.
• Gate newer transcendent skills until their separately evidenced release.
• Recover adoption, guild skills, Godly/weapon quests and the Super Novice cap transition.

Character and world migration

• Specify rebirth eligibility and before/after levels, stats, skills and inventory; review adoption and job-cap data.

Acceptance checks

• An eligible character can rebirth and progress through the intended initial tree.
• Deferred skills remain unavailable.
• Super Novice cap and social/guild additions activate together only where sourced.
• Temporary EXP overlays expire without changing the ordinary base rate.
